Just killed ONE person from a mile away with a silenced sniper while hiding in a bush and BAM instant wanted level, and somehow they already knew where I was. I blow up my own car in the middle of nowhere and BAM instant 2 stars. I skydive out of a plane... 1 star, jump on top of the cable car? 2 stars. Stand near peds? 1 star. And when you try to hide far away from where they spotted you, they STILL "stumble" upon you and then you get spotted again.... THEN you have those infinitely respawning helicopters that keep coming back 10 seconds after destroying one. I had once a shootout with the police on top of a mountain, the place was f*cking littered with helicopter wrecks (lol). For f*cks sake they gotta fix this! I also find them a breeze to hide from as if the dont see you entering an alley they dont come looking. Hopefully they will patch and help people like you that seem to have buggy games but mine seems overall fine. Only bad thing ive encountered is the aiming seems to be naff...You auto aim at someone miles away when theres someone a metre away shooting at you. But thats workable with strategy. Its just not a problem ive encountered. i dont, however go around shooting peds and causing mayhem in every session. FWIW its very easy to evade 3+ stars in a fast car by skilled driving and using the train tracks/subway/LS River. Like i said i hope they have a fix for people with issues. Dave Rizza Posted October 14, 2013 Share Posted October 14, 2013 If you wanted level is flashing they cant see you. they will actively and agressively hunt your "Last Known Location". If only we could get rid of the air...Oh wait, on a more serious not though It does seem like suppressors and stuff like that don't really work. I've sped away from cops and hid down a back alley miles away from where i was first spotted and the car drives down the alley...I'm like theirs loads of alleys and back streets around me so why this one? Suppressors/stealth work but seemingly not out in the streets. Ive managed to clear the entire building site before using stealth attacks and suppressors ( in free play not Lester mission) and got to the top without a single star or scaring a ped.
