Yes dude play Down the drain GTA race or regular its f*cking intense and fun as f*ck , best race in my opinion behind Route 68 and these apply to nearly full lobbies for maximum fun

I have a rule I live strictly by: I only race friends.

 

If you and I swap wins for a while, then I know you're probably a decent enough player and I'll race you straight up but otherwise... no f*cking way.

It seems like this is what most people are doing. Every time I try to play a deathmatch or something the lobby is empty but the race ones are always full.

I'm not a gta race fan. The plane races are fun. I prefer forza/gran truismo for console racing.

They mostly just ram the sh*t outta you. I've seen very few legit racers so far.

I don't trade, I always try to win.

If you are in a race with traders using unfair tactics to put you out the road... just leave and look for a new one.

You seem to get more rep points & money if you don't bash into anyone, I usually host clean races but don't hit anyone until they start driving like a tw*t...

 

If people race clean its one of the best multiplayer experiences I reckon...

What has helped me, is sitting back and waiting for "the big one" to take place in the first 30 seconds or so. If I can avoid that, I'm almost locked in to a decent finish.

I spend 100% of my time racing. They best one ive found is the underground and the commute however the later does tend to attract the bumper car racers

I only do legit races. If you can't lose, it's no fun. As GTAO goes on, though, random legit, clean races are getting harder to come by.

While I'm not a fan of boosting, I don't many alternatives to unlocking mods. Since a large portion of the community have boostrd thir upgrades, everyone has super expensive modded cars and they always quit out when I select no personal vehicles. It's virtually impossible to win with an un modded vehicle against a modded one....

I love racing in this game, I'm always slipstreaming people and laughing as they scream the words "f*ck you" at my gamer tag.

 

One thing that sucks is that a lot of people don't bet. I always bet in races but when the race starts the message 'betting cancelled' comes up which makes me feel sad.
