The COD lobbies aren't glitches they're actual hacks. You just ended up in the wrong server.

 

OP is correct though, no one gets banned from glitches so everyone needs to stop crying

My point is dont take anything as certain.

'I' didnt mod i just searched a game,but MY account was still banned even though I didnt break the terms of usage.

This is because there are people who work for microsoft on XBL that assess the situation and hand out bans.

I dont think Rockstar will ban anyone glitching but it only takes aload of people to file complaints for you to recieve a ban even if you didnt do anything wrong.(I know this because me and some mates reported one of our pals repeatedly for cheating and he was issued a 24 hour ban.
