Cloths Glitch

After going on a couple jobs my shirt loses the design on the front and my hat goes MIA. It is simple to fix, all I have to do is go to the apartment and load up the wardrobe, go to shirts and it loads the design back on. The hat is easier because I can access it anywhere from my inventory. I find it rather annoying though. Has anybody else experienced this?

 

Edit: While replaying the video, I also noticed my tattoo was also missing until I reloaded the shirt design.

I was about ot mention the thing about tattoo's, then saw your edit. I'm not sure what it is. But yeah going into your wardrobe or going to clothes store will fix it.
