if you're doing the Criminal Records race farming RP and you want to gain the most possible

 

LAP 1 - run it at about 40 seconds

LAP 2 - run it at about 35 seconds

LAP 3 - go balls out

 

slow yourself down if you have to. the point of it is to beat your own lap times which gives you the boost.
