Think someone said you can call the Mercinaries on someone and steal one of the jeeps, if you don't have that perk unlocked yet, then I don't know.

What level do you get the option to call them? I'm currently a level 48

1. You or a player calls a mercenary strike.

 

2. Go to target player

 

3. Wait for strike

 

4. Kill the dudes that come

 

5. Profit

The Land,Sea and air mission from Lester.

Right at the start there are a bunch of Mesas parked up, most locked but one is always open.

Take it to your garage then go back and finish the mission off, or fail it if you like.

The type varies, sometimes open backed and sometimes covered, random luck.
