Will there be a Next Gen GTA 5?

The above is just what it is - vague attempt at finding sources to help a fellow forumite. I don`t need to be religious about my sources because I don`t give a damn about next gen and I am REALLY unsure if I`ll buy it for PC. Probably not.

They haven't announced it, but logically it's as close to 100% as you can get. The plan is for GTA Online to grow into a flagship product, and to do so it will have to go Next-Gen at some point - probably well into 2014. At that point there'd be no point to not release the whole GTA V game in a Next Gen version. I'm guessing PC and Next Gen get announced and released at the same time, but I have no insight as to when that will be - next May, maybe; if not probably early Fall 2014 for the Holiday season. I'm also guessing that there will be some DLC or extra material there to incentivize current gen owners to double dip, as well as potentially opening the max player cap to 32 for PC and Next Gen only.

 

All my own conjecture, no sources behind any of that.
