RyDaaav Posted October 14, 2013 Share Posted October 14, 2013 Excuse me posting for the first time, but I have a problem with the Snapmatic service in GTA V. Whenever I try to upload a photo from the camera to social club, I get an alert message saying "Online service is disabled on your account". I haven't been able to find a sure-fire answer to this online. I have a gold live membership, so that isn't the issue. The other strange thing is that all other online features work perfectly fine including GTAO itself. Anyone having the same issue/know a solution? Cheers! I think the pics are automatically uploaded to the Social Club while in-game...you need to be either logged onto PSN or the Social Club though (I think) for it to work. It isn't a major letdown in gameplay, but it is annoying that so far, everything I've tried that was posted on these forums and others have all but failed me. So I just want to know if this is still happening to anyone else and if it does, is there any link to a possible fix that I could implement? Also, I can't join any of the other players created jobs, when I try quick job and it tries to connect me to those jobs it takes me back to the free roam and says My account is restricted from user generated content. But now that I think about it, until the last week, I was stuck with a Moderate NAT setting rather than Open. Maybe that was the problem. I'll try taking another tomorrow morning and see if it works. I'm registered as 17, but I've been able to upload photos before. Only five or six though, until after one patch it magically stopped for me. Lelouch The Zero Posted January 5, 2014 Share Posted January 5, 2014 I don't know but sometimes whenever I use the camera on the phone, the phone will keep closing and then reopen with the process repeating several times. I hope 1.09 fixes this issue it is really annoying. Also, you don't need a Gold account to upload photos to social club, I have a silver account and the photos upload perfectly fine. Only problem is no one ever sees my photos I upload on the snapmatic site. What's the point of taking photos if no one can see them? I mean they almost never show up in the "Most Recent" tab. I think it's because far too many people are taking photos at the same time, you'd have to get lucky for one of them to pop up on there. Oh well.
