Maxing out FLYING

Best way to increase flying is trough racing, it goes up alot faster then if you were to just fly around, much like racing for driving.

practice landing and taking off, also barrel rolls seem to get it moving quick as well.

I honestly just spent hours with the Laser killing cops on the ground and it got my flying skill up pretty quick.

...I can't believe I never thought of trying that.

Im not sure how exactly the flying stat is effected. Whether its distance flown, time in the air, or maneuvers made, but flying the Jet seems to cover all of these three, and shooting at the cops can be fun and slightly challenging. It also gives you small amounts of RP when you lose your wanted levels.
