Okay, I managed to do this shootout but what I don't undestand is that it says in a guide that there are 5 briefcases with $25,000 each ($125,000 total), yet I only managed to find 4.

he said Altruists (naked cannables), not Epsilon (con artists). i dont understand why people confuse the two.

After killing the Altruists, search the entire camp. You'll find the 5-briefcases on the porches of the buildings in the camp. There are other items in the camp also, like a baseball bat, body armor and something else that eludes my memory at the moment.

 

Also there is a naked guy in the front tower, and there is a heath pack in that tower. After searching the camp throughly, I was suprised not to find any bodies or evidence of cannibalism.
