Best SUV Mesa vs. Blaire County Police SUV

Im currently looking for a nice rare SUV that I can hop in with a couple of friends and ride around and kill people and such. I currently have the Mesa (Merriweather jeep) but it handles like sh*t. I was wondering if anyone has gotten the Blaire County Police SUV because from what I've read on here is that you can actually customize it which is weird since its a police vehicle.

 

Or let me know what your guys favorite SUV in the game is.

 

 

Cliff:

- I have a Mesa

-Deciding which is better between Mesa, and Blaire County SUV
