something popped up while i was in freemode a couple days ago with the rockstar logo in bottom left and it said ' ....(cant remember what the first bit was) fumbled heist'..has anyone else seen this and what's it all about?

i just heard from my crew that if you could rank up 1000 JP without leaving lobby/return to freemode you can do the heists.. anybody know more about this?
