To be honest, the game isn't ruined if some people have tons of money illegitimately. There isn't a real working economy in the game or anything--other players' money doesn't affect your experience at all.

Considering the number of players in the game, it probably won't be much of an issue beyond a .001% change in a stock if some guy decides to just put 10,000,000 in it. That aside--I don't even believe Rockstar made the stock system work like a real stock market anyway.

Except that has nothing to do with what he said. He said all exploiters will become rich and have nobody to play with. Right now I have a good amount of money. I still see people online. I still play with other people. My having money has nothing to do with my ability to play with other people.
