GTA O Cars/Mods DLC

Just had an idea since people like to have more than 10 cars, plus modding and showing off is half the fun, why not have a giant show room? Like a million dollar building that holds fifty cars.

 

Pros:

-Great for storing your cars

 

-Could rent spots out to other players

 

-Players can choose to Auction off their car, allowing car junkies to make $$$ off of their habit.

 

-offers a break from the mayhem

 

Cons:

-needs to act like a garage/apartment, no guns and bombs.

 

-needs to encourage players to come visit (either have them set up like jobs where players join a session or be able to send a message out to all players in the free roam session that the auction/show is about to start)

 

 

How could R* do it?

 

Release a DLC car custom pack, adding the new building to the real estate list along with many, many more mods for cars. I think modding is in dire needs of more parts that effect more than just acceleration and also some things for looks. Like why not add a bulldozer like plate in front of your Sabre Turbo? Might slow it down but great for ramming people.

 

Just my ideas yes or no? And if there was a car DLC what would you like to see in it?

Of course, more is always better. This idea would be good for that reason.

Absolutely yes on increasing the mods, I voted no on the extra car space though as I really think 10 is enough. If you can have too much it takes away from the prestige of the ones you do have as you need to prioriitise which vehicles you think are ultimately worth keeping. Having said that, I certainly wouldn't object to them adding more space and do like the idea of being able to buy cars from others

I can understand that, perhaps the owner is limited to 10 cars still and the rest can be rented to other players. I just through the idea out there it could use some work

Probably not, they did say they're looking for peoples opinions in order to add features but I kinda doubt they even look at the forum. It's mostly complaints here.

maybe with the extra space in a garage, with the owner only having 10 cars, a few of the remaining spaces could be reserved for "liked" cars, other people's cars that don't belong to the garage owner, that are there simple because he appreciates the work someone else did. it'd be a way for people to see other peoples work, as well as get many inspired ideas all in one place.

I'm all for new cars. I'd like to see new cars periodically added into traffic as normal, every day cars--I wouldn't really care too much for yet another "super" car that zips around just as fast as the others.

I've yet to buy a super and probably never will. I much rather have a garage of muscles and sports, but that's just me

That would be awesome. I am slowly filling up my 10 car garage, and I do not want to sell my vehicles when I get a new idea. Wish we could own more than one garage. Atleast and apartment with a garage, and a single 10 car garage. OR A NO PROPERTY CAP.
