OP, need to Edit: Dubsta sells for $7000, and OP, you didn't say anything about the gang cars. A gang Buccaneer sells for around $9875. And I think the drop top gang tornado sells for about $12,500 (hard top sells much less, i think around $8-9k). There are a couple others like the gang peyote sells around $10-$11k and the mañana around $7-$8k

 

They can be found in a few areas all down around Grove street

Droptop gang tornado and peyote both sell for nearly $13K. Grove St or the c-shaped street opposite the gas station at the end of Grove.
