Are all cars from single player online too?

Ive been looking for a rat loader for quite a while and im starting to think maybe its not on the online mode?

EDIT: saw a dune buggy in the Grand Senora Desert and quads in Sandy Shores online

some cars are a lot more rare in online, ill give you a little tip. You will find a lot more variety of cars in mission mode do your searching then. I have seen a rat loader in online so its definitely there. Just make sure you free roam straight after the mission you collected your desired car so you can park it in your garage.

ratloader is definitely online, i had one earlier but traded it for a bf surfer van as its much nicer looking and i know someone with a rusty one so i made mine look exactly the same

Not ALL cars from singleplayer are online, most are tho. For example there's no Tow Truck or Passenger Plane in online.
