found mine in sandy shores,at the mission star (sandy shores: LTS). took me a while (2 days ^^), but, i got it.

 

the sound and performance is a little bit disappointing, but it looks cool ;P

I found both of mine at the Sandy Shores mission star as well, just keep coming and going from the star and it will soon turn up.
