I' m stuck at about 9 random encounters, now, you can see which ones you have left on social club site, and I got the map but for some reason, no matter when, no matter with who I go there, they just don' t show up. TrustNo1 Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 Simeon is only done before you get Trevor. Border patrols don't always happen on the location and usually in the surrounding area. Others I have no tips for they just happened for me. Do you think it' s possible for rockstars to change this? maybe if a lot of people would cry about that they could change that? Anyway, other missions don' t appear for me too. IDK why.
