Would R* get sued by Under Armour for using their logo on the Khamelio

I'm just wondering about your opinions on whether this would happen or not. The logo for Hijak is an exact copy except it's closed where the U and A intersect.

It's been filled up in the middle. Yes, it can go to court. Maybe this would get some of the PE teachers at school who are loyal to UA to play GTA and just drive to the gym in the under armour car.

What about the 9F? The emblem on that is the same (or pretty close to) as that of Audi's series of 4 interlocked rings. Unless R* was granted permission to use the logos they did, then the real-life counterparts have every right to sue.

I also think there is the factor that this simply raises brand awareness for whoever it is they are parodying. Pretty hard work to get a free advertisement that hits 16 million players without even a phone call.

Get your eyes fixed. There are obvious differences in the 9F and R8. The back of the 9F is based off a car made by the manufacturer "Noble" so yeah, you're full of bs.

This would be another incredibly frivolous lawsuit in a society that is already overwhelmed by frivolous lawsuits.

1- The logos are SIMILAR, but not exact replicas. Proving it has anything to do with Under Armor would be very expensive and time consuming.

2- Under Armor is getting free publicity, and one can make the case that they ought to pay Rockstar for the marketing boost. THAT is just a joke, but it is just as ridiculous as Under Armor pushing a lawsuit over this.
