Our lord Steve Jobs
I'm just wondering about your opinions on whether this would happen or not. The logo for Hijak is an exact copy except it's closed where the U and A intersect.

Our lord Steve Jobs
I think the option for pics have been removed or its the fact I'm using a phone. However, click gta.wikia.com/Hijak Edited October 12, 2013 by FacebookStalkerJustKidding
WildBrick142
Hijak Under Armour GTA V's one looks a bit bigger IMO. Edited October 12, 2013 by WildBrick142
Canes21
It's not the same emblem though.
RealTuff
Hijak Under Armour GTA V's one looks a bit bigger IMO. Yeah, it's obviously a reference/inspiration. I think it's too different for any court claims though.
Our lord Steve Jobs
It's been filled up in the middle. Yes, it can go to court. Maybe this would get some of the PE teachers at school who are loyal to UA to play GTA and just drive to the gym in the under armour car. rojovo74
What about the 9F? The emblem on that is the same (or pretty close to) as that of Audi's series of 4 interlocked rings. Unless R* was granted permission to use the logos they did, then the real-life counterparts have every right to sue.
HakatoX
Parodies and inspirations are very murky waters that waste more money in court than really need be
RealTuff
I also think there is the factor that this simply raises brand awareness for whoever it is they are parodying. Pretty hard work to get a free advertisement that hits 16 million players without even a phone call. HakatoX
HakatoX
Also a good point RealTuff! I read threads like this and can't halp to think it's another MFer stiring the pot. Drawing unwanted or needed attention to a nonexistant problem. Edited October 12, 2013 by HakatoX
Le'Beat
Yes, HakatoX. I hate the fact, there's people stirring the pot. R* made a banging ass game & everyone is just blaming/starting problems. STFU. If rockstar will get sued, then u can say goodbye to bug fixes & updates... Fkn idiots man... HakatoX
Our lord Steve Jobs
I'm not idiot. Just saying if Under Armour plays the game and sees this?
CarimboHanky
it looks like the same, but they are not the same... Case Dismissed! NEXT!
Murad96
Well the same can be said for the Audi (Michael's Audi) and the Bugatti. The Audi in the game looks nearly exactly the same as the real life version, except for the rings on the front of the Audi being these half circles, instead of full circles like the real life Audi. Get your eyes fixed. There are obvious differences in the 9F and R8. The back of the 9F is based off a car made by the manufacturer "Noble" so yeah, you're full of bs. 73duster
This would be another incredibly frivolous lawsuit in a society that is already overwhelmed by frivolous lawsuits. 1- The logos are SIMILAR, but not exact replicas. Proving it has anything to do with Under Armor would be very expensive and time consuming. 2- Under Armor is getting free publicity, and one can make the case that they ought to pay Rockstar for the marketing boost. THAT is just a joke, but it is just as ridiculous as Under Armor pushing a lawsuit over this. Le'Beat
