The Consolidation is a fresh new business looking for eager, able employees and partners alike! We pride ourselves in being a well-oiled killing machine, but this isn't our main goal. Our primary objective is to make money. Working with hand-in-hand with other crews and gangs to make the big bucks. So what are you? A member/partner? A representative? or an enemy? As a member/partner:You will not wear the "CONS" crew tag in GTA Online. You will, however, work with other members from time to time on various missions and may even be called to service in Crew vs. Crew deathmatches, races, missions, etc, and will earn a percentage of total earnings for doing so, as long as you don't lose completely. No dress code is required and you may follow any guidelines your pre-existing crew may have for you. As a representative: You will wear the "CONS" crew tag in GTA Online, and occasionally recruit new members/partners and representatives. You will be responsible for completing missions, races, deathmatches, etc. and earning the most money possible. If completing a mission, deathmatch, race, etc. with the CEO, you will earn a percentage extra of any earnings. A type of dress code is required and must be worn during all missions you take part in. If you're going to represent us, you have to look nice doing it. In both positions, there are no fines for a loss, but misbehavior, repeated losses, and bad attitudes may lead to a probation period and or conduct fee. All professionalism aside, if you haven't already, watch this and see if this is the right place for you. TL;DR? Well, in that case... GET OUT because you didn't even have to read the whole thing, you prick. Now, are you a somebody or a loser? Why be like every other "I'M SO 1337" crew in the GTA universe?
