I put probably 50 days playtime in total on that game. I beat the campaign and each DLC probably 10+ times, and played free roam multiplayer non stop. But GTA5 has improved so much upon it and I plan on putting just as much, if not more, playtime into it. redx165 Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 Its hard to choose. Vice City: It came out 1 year later from III with VERY little improvement. In today's standards that would be a DLC or a rush game. The city felt small. The beach was useless and took over half the island. Still couldn't swim. The thing that saved it from being the worst in my list was the music, Scarface style, and property buying. IV: It came out 4 years later from SA ( Which by most is the BEST GTA game ). Had one of the best looking cities in any GTA game. The graphics make the game look so good. Story was dark and depressing but why did I make it my least? Missions were repetitive, hardly anything to do, annoying friend system. It went away from that fun feeling GTA had with the III era. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And now V is even better than IV and is probably my new favourite. Then again, it's still early days - my opinion may change later. As far as VC is concerned, the atmosphere and music alone makes it one of the best. 1st. V 2nd. Joint - IV / VC. 3rd. I just don't get that. Each to thier own, I know that. My order of those 4 (I don't know why there is no GTA:3 option, I would have that above 4) GTA V/San Andreas - to early yet, San An had massive replay enjoyment Vice City - Brilliant, love the 80s theme and music and the whole setting, just too small I I I I I I \ / GTA:IV - Just dull, cold, boring, annoying, bad characters (except Packie, Brucie Jacob and every now and then Roman), bad protagonist, depressing story. I said... that IV is actually a great game, but because my entire life was in Vice City (Since I'm dammit I forgot when I got it... 7, 8 idk) I love VC more then IV so VC-IV-SA-V. Everything I made is... not voting my least favorite GTA, I voted my favorite GTA... But because the poll and the topic name is also a bit... missleading imo... didn't read it carfully enough. I read "Your favorite game"... I'm just a human too and do mistakes. So, the fix that: V (The game isn't that what I expected and what R* promised) SA (It's actually a good game, but the story was boring) IV (Awesome story, awesome graphics, a living world etc) VC (As I said already... IV - I probably have not spent anywhere near as much time with any game as I have this one. I just loved it. V - On part with IV, but personally I'll prolly always prefer Niko's story and Liberty.
