question about space ship parts need help.spoilers.

After you collect all parts and apparently get the secret car, can you store that car in your 4 car garage i.e. Franklins grove st. Garage? Wondering if i should make space now.

 

Also, anyone have a problem with storing cars in safehouse garages? I put a fully moded car in, take it out later, only...the bulletproof tires are now able to be shot out.
