I wanted to make a comprehensive list of all activities that contributed to your overall stats. Contributions are welcomed! color coded Small Medium Large effect (based on my experience)

Shooting: Faster reloads, less weapon spread, More Ammo Capacity

Killing Enemies, Headshots, Shooting Range Events

Stamina: Increased duration of physical activities

Running, Swimming, Cycling.

Strength: Increased damage from melee weapons

Using melee weapons, Sports and arm wrestling

Driving: Increased control when driving

Driving in Free mode, Stunt Jumps, Racing, Winning races

Flying: Decreased effect of turbulence, Increased aircraft control

Flying in Free mode, Air Races, Flying under Bridges during Races (also Gives RP), Winning Air Races

Stealth: Less likely to be detected by NPCs

Sneaking, Stealth Kills

Lung Capacity: Able to hold breath longer underwater

Holding your Breath Underwater

Max Health: Seems to be connected to level. At level 20, players will have around 20% in max health depending on starting stats. Most players will have 100 health by level 100

I was under the impression that you can increase strength by getting in fist fights. Do you need to use a melee weapon to increase it? And does it help with how much damage you take like in SP?

every 20 punches = 1 point in strength. Strength helps with damage when hitting, sports and climbing ladders faster ect.

Easiest one has gotta be stealth, get a elastic band, tie both analog sticks together in amunation so nobody can kill ya and he'll walk around (i tied mine on a lynx deodorant:P) Watch a tv pogramme or something and within an hour he'll be 100

Anyone got any advice for Lung Capacity? I was swimming underwater holding my breath, but it must be moving really slow, barely noticed any change.

Some guy said being in the submarine did it, but I highly doubt it.

Watch TV as you do it. Vibration tells you that you're drowning and need to resurface.

I think Lung Capacity rises just according to time spend underwater, so there's no real way to speed up the process.

For flying, the easiest way (in my experience) to level up quickly is to complete the flight school challenges. Takes some finesse but I got from 0-60/100 in about 30 minutes. Still have two challenges left... Dunno if it gets you all the way to 100 but it's a damn good start imo

Still trying to max strength by playing fist deathmatches :-/

Do a Gerald mission (ex. Pier Pressure) because the cops are not called and run down the beach punching people. If I remember correctly, you gain a full bar about every 10 minutes. So you dont have to keep checking the stats, you will pick up about $2,200 from the people you punch when close to getting a full bar.

Best way to lvl up strength in to have a friend sit in his PV, hop on top and kick the living mess out of the roof. Takes about 30 mins to lvl fully. Did it with clan memberes on last gen.

ShockmasterGTA

This information is old. Most of these methods don't work anymore because of patches.

That's how I did it. Worked like a charm for me.

You could also load up Pier Pressure and instead of doing the mission, run up and down the beach punching everyone in your path. Then you can go back to doing the mission. increase strength, make money, profit!

Edit: nm. I see someone above me said the same thing, lol. Note to self: scroll up!

The methods I mentioned still work. used them on my second character last week.
