What do you consider a 'cheater'?

R* does not consider people who exploit replaying missions or the like as cheaters, rather they feel that people who mod or hack the game (or in the case of Red Dead, use a save glitch) as cheaters.

 

So, are you a whiny bitch that considers replaying cheating, or are you a rational human being who only considers modding,hacking,save-glitching and the like as cheating?

 

We know how R* feels about people that use the replay, they don't care. They have publicly stated this.

Theres a reason why every serious game company has Naming&shaming regulations on theyr forums, If you really think you'll get accurate information on whos cheaters by doing this then you are either incredibly naive, or stupid.
