If you don't know it, shinypig, you can start an invite only or solo session from the single player pause menu.

How do I stop being poor? Best missions I can do give $3,000' I have to buy armor for 300, ammo for 300-600, then $2,000 if I die, there is like. $300 profit on the good missions....

Once you get to a higher level you get a lot more RP (XP) and cash. I would say work on leveling your guy up. Get your shooting skills up 100% and buy a car with armor, bulletproof tires, and tinted windows. If you are a bad sport then that explains everything. Because if you are, it is more than likely you are being matched with a bunch of griefers.

 

My second solution is to switch to Franklin, Trevor, or Michael while playing online. This is the fastest way I know how to quit. Then re-join a different server without the griefers.

Really, the game spawns you progressively farther away for repeat deaths.

 

You had to have been approaching them, or they were just damned persistent and fast.

 

I think it's your own fault you didn't just find a new session after one of the first five times you died. It's almost like you stuck around to die just so you could complain about it.
