Car Dissapeared

I was running from cops along the beach, and my car got too deep in the water. I recieved the message on the screen that said my car had been destroyed and it could be recovered by the insurance company. I called Lester and had my stars removed, and then very quickly called the Insurance, who said that all operators were busy. They said this again and again and I left the session with my fingers crossed, but in the new session the car was/is still not in the garage and the insurance cannot help. That was my first car and now I'm scared to drive my Banshee.
