Maveric spawn points?

Since a while the cargobob seems to be the only helicopter spawning for me. Even the hospital roofs now spawn cargobobs. While I appreciate the cargobob itself for it's transportation capability, I'd like a maverick from time to time (because the cargobob is too slow).

 

Does anybody know where I can get a Maverick for sure'

The weird thing is. The cargobob changed to a buzzard for me. I am having troubles finding it myself to.

 

You could try that building of the FIB East side.

Yes, today I noticed that I won't get a cargobob anymore, instead it's buzzard (which is fine too). I have found out that there seems to be a place up in the north (just a bit south-west of the most north laying ammu-nation) where always a Maverick spawns.

 

But now that the cargobob is gone, I question myself where I'd get a cargobob, if I really wanted one (I guess Fort Zancuto has one, but I'd hope there is an easier way).

It goes like this, heli spawns are level determined

 

None- Maverick- Cargobob- Frogger- Annihilator.

 

Also, what type of buzzard is it and what level are you? (Unarmed buzzard or armed?)
