instead of spending a lot of money on putting bounties on players how about an option to send the cops after any affending player.

That, and an option to view a player's waypoints for a limited time (under 3 minutes maybe), to pit ambushes against bounties. The player wouldn't know that they had been hacked. To balance it out it could cost 4K, I'd imagine. Both could probably be sent from Lester.
