Friendly reminder on the Ban Hammer of Rockstar

Hey guys,

 

I've been reading a lot of threads of people saying people will be banned for what they exploit and cheat,

and I've been reading a sh*tload of more people who actualy say that its false and they would have done it allready.

For those last group of people, welcome to the world of Rockstar, I expect you haven't really played any Rockstar games before?

Because if something Rockstar is famous for its the Ban Hammer that smites pretty damn hard.

This was from a time that hackers and cheaters thought they would be safe from the ban hammer because it was such a long time after release, little did they know the ban hammer was eager to smite everybody down who deserved it.

some where banned but a sh*tload more got reset to start all over.

 

So here's your proof and I clearly don't care if you'd call me a whiner or crybaby or poor fellow without the millions.

When a game has been exploited, glitched, and generally broken for this long, it's hard to really care anyway.

 

R* messed up royally by letting the cheating go on and on, now they want to throw 1/2 $million at the people with 20 million anyway.

 

They should have been fixing and banning all along, keeping things under control. At this point, no one want s to do much but 'sploit the latest FoTM glitch / mission / race, get to high Rank. Then what? They won't stick around.

 

Again, with R* letting it go on, and so many people boosted, the whole game is off balance and broken at this point. Do you really care anymore, now that you can just glitch your way to the top and have it all? Didn't that kind of ruin the game for you?

Now, I know that this is for RDR, but, why would they let it slide in one game and not another?

yes I'm very well aware of the date, but "bro" this is how Rockstar is as a company, so it will happen again, and most likely punished harder, if it was my company I'd punish much, much harder.

 

Guys don't forget that there are certain rules that we all have to deal with that Rockstar is trying to enforce, sure we all play criminals of every sort, but its still a game with rules, and being their product they can do whatever they want and that is being f*cking awesome

Buddy, it sounds to me like Rockstar actually respect farmers... and despises hackers and actually define hacking as cheating, not farming. Your title and post completely contradict each other and I'll be happy to call you that anytime.
