Looking for a racing crew to join

Hello everyone,

 

I was wondering if there is a decent crew which is focused on racing, so you don't have to deal with dirty drivers as much.

I like the racing side of being online, but when some guy who's been charging everyone since the start speeds up to the front briefly just to take out as many people as he can, it ruins it a bit.

 

Anyone have some reccomendations?
