ALSO the first person I invite will be the first person to have to spectate first then so on

Sure, no problem, I know what to do while spectating, I have yet to master where to put the grenades to, or where to drive the stickied car

you throw them at the car on the far right, the one in the front, ill show you. alright we need 2 more

Or is there any other way to put myself as spectator right from the beginning?

You have to leave the game in the beginning, then come back , atleast I think this is the correct way

OK, so I just quit the mission? How can i get back after that? I have to have you in friends to join you, no ?

I'll invite you, so when it's the other persons turn I will do the same

I just realized that you can start with three people and then send an invite to somebody and he will be automatically put up as spectator
