Why are people so retarded on missions?

I've experienced countless times now, where the guys I roll with, drive right up infront of the gang we're about to kill, followed by us getting raped pretty badly.. Have you ever experienced this, and what do you do yourself??

Yeah, on Free Mode. As long as you're not trapped in a Store or some other Interior because of a car, and a person in Passive Mode outside the car. This has been done by yours truly, once. Don't worry however, I am not an a*shole to everyone. This guy blew up my Personal Vehicle (even though it was an Elegy only, it doesn't matter).

 

But in Races it's relatively annoying. Yeah, you can go slowly at first and then go past all the other guys crashing to each other, but that is only thought after race #1 if the people stay in the same lobby. Well that's me, anyway.

i made that mistake about a couple of times, but sometimes i'll spin the car 90 degrees and use it as cover and fire from there.

Roll with a crew whos out to make dough or just be careful about who you do jobs with.

 

I've been using JP and levels to decide who I should invite to jobs if my crew isnt on.. Like If someone has a lot of JP in the room I know they'll know wtf to do.. Same goes with most higher levels. But NEVER will I invite a level 3 to do Base Invaders or any of the sort lol. Just gotta think it through mang, Iv yet to have issues.

I've been stuck with people who have no idea where the f*ck they are going. Today I died and got stuck spectating a guy who got lost on foot at the airport for a mission involving stealing a plane. He somehow managed to go around the fence, couldn't find his way back so spent 20-30 minutes walking the whole perimeter and finding his way back into the airport whilst constantly stopping to check his map. He then got in the plane and flew straight past the location he was supposed to land and was heading out to sea when eventually he turned back and spent ages trying to line up with the runway. I would have been annoyed if I wasn't so amused by his total lack of coordination. I just got up and started doing other stuff whilst checking in for the occasional laugh. I know I could have quitted but I just had to see how it turned out plus I get bad sport warnings if I quit a game because I've got to go off. He did complete the mission though so I'll give him that and the payout was good.

Tell me about it. I've been trying to do the 'landing strip' mission for Lester with random players. They either end up dead before we get the plane or they get to the plane first and crash it while trying to land. I'd do it on my own but it's actually a pretty hard mission.

Never had a crew, and have no intentions on getting one.. But I am open for invitations.
