well majestic apt 51 can see the ferris wheel and most of the sea, but it's not that close.

I got this last night. Pier looks good at night.

The 3 Alta Apartment 57 looks toward the airport from the main window and toward the boardwalk from the smaller window right of the TV. I had the Majestic one because I wanted a view of the Ferris Wheel but the Alta view is a little nicer as the bridge by the airport is lit up at night and you see red tail lights moving around the area plus I can still see the Ferris Wheel out the other window. There are some pictures and a video of all the view posted in the list of apartments topic here so you can see for yourself.
