Hi guys!

I've completed main story thee weeks ago and yesterday I was at 78.0% game completion. I've played the game today and noticed that some of my clothes are missing so I bought them back. Game asked me if I want to overwrite my save (like I said 78% game completion), I pressed "yes". I checked the stats and now it says that I have 58% game completion. With that I've lost most of my money, completed stranger missions and stuff like that. What the hell? Is there any way to go back to my old save? Please help!
