Inviting players for a job

Hey new here!

 

I got a question about the Auto invite and play as well as they invite skill matched players. Whenever i start a job i got from lester or someone and want to play that job, I try to invite others to join me when my friends are not online. Now when i press auto invite and play there is no list showing up under my own name in the lobby with the red flag"invited" neither with the skill matched players. I can wait what i want but it doesnt seem to work at all! Does anyone have a solution for this? Hate to play the jobs on my own tbh..
