Max Health linked to crew rank?

When I was rank 20 with my crew I got the 20/100, hit rank 40 and got 40/100, anyone else notice this?

I'm not in a crew and I got the max health upgrade...I doubt it's linked to crews, probably linked to every 20 levels.

I'm crew rank 40, and it's still only 20/100.

im not in a crew and my health leveled up when i hit 20. now it blinks above the mini map every time i level up im 25 now but its still 20/100

I'm ranked 68 and it flashes 60/100 -- it goes up 20, 40, 60, 80 and finally 100. It's tied to your rank, well, at least for me it is.

Sheesh, can't belive these topics keep being created, have clarified this so many times already -.-, Its tied to your RANK and no it dosnt just go up every 20th lvl, it goes up every lvl, but you only get the notification every 20 lvl like with EVERY other stat

I meant it flashes every 20 points, Einstein.
