Speaking of the LSC glitch, does it still work for cars...or is it just bikes now? My car sell value is at 52k, while my bike is a measly 12k, so I would much rather use my car, if possible.

Regarding the stats, you would be very surprised how a simple coding program could separate the cheats from legit players. It's not like they only have the same stats and access to in game activity as you see.

 

 

I HIGHLY doubt that they have included full analytical data reports for every player. The shear amount of useless data that it would send to R* would be overwhelming.

 

Your assumption of our ignorance amuses me. Especially considering how R* handled the banning with Red Dead Redemption- they didn't do a thing to people who had exploited in game glitches: Because they couldn't separate glitchers from those who had earned the money legit.

 

Also - how does a glitch that just earns money devalue your experience? If you don't want to take advantage of a quick leg up, then don't. Simple as that. Don't try and belittle others for just wanting to make gameplay a bit more fun for themselves.

Why wouldn't they? They still have millions of players left after they ban glitchers. And they already got their money for the purchase of the game. They would only be cleaning out their player population.

Those 500k+ players could still buy cash cards in the future when the glitch is patched, and those players will be buying future DLC, so it makes no sense at all to ban people.

Like I said earlier, R* is gonna be like the IRS, they're only gonna audit the guys with multi-millions of dollars and impossibly high levels in a short amount of play time (and that'll usually be done by getting reported.)

 

I do understand some people doing the glitch a couple times just to get a cheap place to sleep cuz the missions aren't paying enough (I admit too I only did it just to get 200k so I can get a place now I'm legit with 35k) but just don't go overboard with it and start flashing your sh*t around. You gotta think like a drug dealer IRL

No-one is getting banned for replaying missions, since Rockstar intended people to be able to do so.

 

 

The replay button is supposed to be available in between jobs; however, this is currently not working correctly because of a bug. The replay button is meant to be selectable, even if you replay a mission 100 times. We're working to correct this, and have made progress on patch 1.03.

This is referring to the "Next Job Vote" screen in between jobs in the lobby.

 

 

But car duping and LSC glitching? It's quite possible yes. Maybe not for people who profited 2 or 3 mil, but people who took the piss and got like 50, 70, or 100+ mil are likely to be banned at some point I reckon. Personally I'm not too bothered if they do get banned, the same as I'm not bothered that people are duping etc, but we'll see what happens.

Nope. No one will be getting banned from the exploit or from farming. It's a glitch for money and nothing else. R* will patch it and everyone will move on with their lives. For the last time R* does not have the resources or time to look through millions of user profiles. Emailing them with a list of names has about 0.1% chance of actually being read by anyone and even lesser chance of anything being done about it.

 

For all you people complaining about farmers, understand you were never going to be top anything in this game, millions of people beat you to the punch and you are now just as irrelevant in this game as you are in real life. Replay feature aside, you're still exploiting. Blowing up those two cars in Rooftop Rumble? That's exploiting. You're completing the mission in a way that is not meant to be possible. You're exploiting. Not only that, but I would argue it is worse than the LSC glitch because you're getting ridiculous RP for that exploit compared to infinite GTA$, which has not effect on other players.

 

If you're replaying the same mission legitimately, fine. Sure. That's not exploiting. If you're blowing up the vehicles or using the spectator replay GLITCH, you're exploiting. Period.

The game save data keeps track of the money you've made selling cars.

 

Easy as pie to run that data against how many cars you can have legitimately sold in the time the games been out.
