I bought a jet so how do i get it? ive rang pegasus and nothing

Sail far out to the ocean and jump out of your boat. Swim to the very bottom of the ocean then pegasus will give you a call. When they do, answer it and youll spawn in your airplane. This is the only way I have been able to get my jet. Confirmed by R*

Although a great suggestion, your lack of scientific knowledge has failed you sir. Microwaves which are transmitted and received via cellular device cannot pass through water.
