How can I block Lesters Phone #

He keeps calling me saying Hey its lester have u captured a bounty yet watch out you might be next

 

Ive captured so many bounties and hes calling me every 10 minutes if I leave a mission or my apartment so frustrating we really need to be able to block numbers in GTAO incase someone like this is harassing us and blowing up our phone

I AM SORRY ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE VIDEO, BUT MY WEBCAM IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.

Yeah its a major problem it really upsets that I keep getting called with the exact same message from him I don't know what the deal is and if this happens to everyone?

I blocked Lester. I am using an iPhone 5S. It should be somewhere under the options menu or try pressing 'open apple + block'

I'm at the block menu but its only showing other players in the session not Lester
