GTA and Arrested Development connection

I love both GTA and Arrested Development. A quick google search shows David Cross voiced Zero from San Andreas. Now there's a couple other nods I've noticed in GTA V...

 

When driving past the prison with my radio off, I heard someone yelling in the distance "No touching!"

 

Also, there's a online mission called Pier Pressure, the title of an AD episode.

 

 

Has anybody noticed anything else?

No banana stand reference? Seems to me there would have to be money in the banana stand if they were going to /nod to AD.
