25k every 30 seconds rooftop mission. Need help. 360

I am currently level 13 and I am looking to do the rooftop rumble mission to level up and gain money quickly, if you are not yet aware this mission is not unlocked until you are level 75+. If you would like to help or rank up with me please reply with your GT.

Wtf? Why is everybody keep asking to do glitches???? There all patch, no restart....
