Los Santos Customs Won't Buy Vehicles?

I'm trying to sell my car to clear up space in my garage for a new one i'll buy online, but LS Customs keeps giving me "Sorry - we don't need any vehicles right now." Any solutions to this?

Wait 1 in game day or 48 minutes real time since you sold the last one.

you can only sell vehicles every 48 minutes
