Holligan UK Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 (edited) This is doing me nut in now,all I wanna do is switch a car with another car from my garage.Basically I want my merry weather jeep in trevors house in the desert,but nope I take it out too put another car in and like magic its gone...even turning my back and its done a david copperfield on me. Im a car nut and only play trevor in free roam so storage is tight,but something this simple should be possible....not even SA was this bad.Do I just have too give up and loose a car Ive sunk money into.I wouldnt mind if it spawned in the cop station but it just disspears! CarimboHanky Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 (edited) simply go and get yourself killed while driving jeep in los santos, it would spawn in the impound. go move whatever vehicule you want to move from trevor's garage then comeback to los santos and retrieve the jeep from the impound. is that simple! other thing, to prevent cars from disappearing while selecting other car from the garage, on of the cars should be parked away from the garage door, in case of trevor garage, it should be parked on the sidewalk, that way it wont "david copperfield" on you! Always keep the camera focused on the car you just took out of the garage so it doesn't disappear on you. That's what I've been doing and it hasn't happened since. I also try to keep my old car just outside of the garage or as close to it as possible when I'm putting my new car in, although Trevor's garage area is a little cramped so that may be difficult.
