The Buzzard fires rockets, but the Annihilator is cooler.

Once you reach level 37+ both annihilators and titans spawn at sandy shores airfield for 100% free.

Get the buzzard, the annihilator is impossible to kill anybody with. They both spawn for free at airfields in freeroam like serimos said. But once you buy it you can take it on missions and hopefully hiests later. I don't regret buying mine

thanks and how do I take it into a mission?

I would get the Annihalator if it was more maneauverable and the cannons were angled slightly so I woulldn't have to pitch so much to hit anyone.

The Blackhawk is cooler, but the Little Bird is more practical. Also, level 35 here, and Annihilators are spawning for me around the map at various helipads.

Yes the Buzzard is better. The Annihalator is useless.
