What am I doing wrong?

Hey so, what am I doing wrong? I made a criminal records lobby. I put laps 3, traffic on, wanted on, catchup off, personal time, custom cars on.

I play the race and get only about 3-5k and sometimes when i pass the first lap i'll get less than half a bar of rp and sometimes I'll get no rp and sometimes I'll get 1 and a half bar extra rp.

3 laps take about one and a half minute. 3-5000 RP for one and a half minute is a lot. Youre doing it right.

But everyone is saying it's 7k and sometimes I don't even get rp for laps I did or even just a little bit even though I completed it fast

same with me OP.

 

I get a huge chunk (3-4k RP) when completing first round - after this I get a message on the left side like "you made the maximum RP possible in this action"

 

but actually doing it the first time my stats like health levelled up massively, lol !!!!

 

edit: this is on xbox, maybe worx better on ps3 ?

Maybe the word got out too quickly and it was an easy fix?
