Buying vehicles online : Are they fully insured ?

Just wanted to know because im considering saving 1.5+m to buy the Rhino (tank) at some point.

Im guessing that the Rhino doesnt spawn in your garage when you buy it like planes , boats etc don't and you cant get it insured at LS Customs so what happens if you wreck it ? Can you make a Mors insurance claim on it ?

Now this may be a dumb question but i havent bought any non car vehicle online aside from the free Elegy RH8 so id like to know before i do.

Yes.

 

edit: Sorry, didn't read. Things like the rhino don't need insurance because they don't go in your garage. You pay pegasus 1k everytime you want one.

So let's say i buy a Rhino for 1.5m and destroy it. So i have to call Pegasus and pay 1K for it to spawn again ?

And same goes for planes , boats etc i presume ?
