So cheaters, how do you feel?

Money doesn't equal skill in the game. In doesn't even get you guns. Ranking up gets you guns. The people who "glitch" for money get apartments, cars, and other silly things that won't effect fighting.

Not a cheater myself, but I did use the replay FEATURE while it was still a option, and had a character at 50 and one at 150 both with everything they could've ever wanted.

 

Today when I logged on I decided to delete both as having them was actually detracting from the experience.

 

Simple truth is that these glitchers arnt actually impacting your gameplay negativly in anyway ( you need to realise cash packs are coming anyways ), so you really have no cause to whine about it.

 

That said, I think alot of these people are just fooling themselves by doing this, much like I was by farming trough the replay function.

I admit I farmed Mixed Up With Coke for a few hours and made about 500k, but I don't consider that cheating at ALL. R* said we should be able to replay missions. Tell me, if you farm a quest in an MMO, is that cheating? Stop being so naive.

 

If Rockstar wasn't being such greedy bastards with the money packs, I really wouldn't care, exactly what is the difference between someone who cheats to get money and someone who buys a money pack? They are aessentially the same thing, so if you buy money packs TC, you need to look in the mirror.

I think you're actually mentally handicapped. Exploits have been in MMO-type games for YEARS now, and anyone who wants to get ahead of the game uses them. You're just mad that people are better, more experienced, have more money, and are higher levels than you. Moralfa**otry doesn't belong in a GTA game. Rockstar wanted to f*ck over fans by making money hard to earn so they could sell more money packs.

A lot of these whining threads act like they're unable to play because there's a glitch in the game, if you don't want to glitch, good, then stfu and play.

This. Replaying a mission is not at all (or at least shouldn't be) cheating or exploiting. It's literally playing a mission over and over. On the other hand however, the glitch with the motorcycles is something that could actually get you banned because of the fact that it is a huge glitch that takes work to execute.

As for your new argument that it doesn't hurt anyone. It does hurt the ingame economy, hence the reason they're exploits and not game features.

You're only allowed to have fun within the rules of the game, that's what a game is. The rules are there to put everyone on an equal footing, if you f*ck that up, you ruin the fun for other people.

first to let you know i'm in my late 40's and i hate cheaters, and players who do use exploits are cheaters and it does ruin the game for others who worked to get to where they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Farming is not cheating, if farming was cheating nearly every MMO player in almost every game would never get past the first few levels. No one in Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, Diablo, or any other game would rank up because they require farming to do so. Same with this, if you choose to farm than so be it.
