Help to start mission 45

hello

i need help. i have Trevor an michael in the desert and want to start mission 45. I have a mission icon FIB, in a store. but when i go there with either TRevor or Michael, it does not trigg, why???

 

i have also tried to go there with Franklin but then the game tells me that he can not start the mission.

 

i have done all questionmaqrk missons and a bunch of other stuff, why does not this mission start, please help!

Anyway to answer your question, Minor Turbulence isn't that hard to trigger, simply head to Michael's house as Franklin and wait for a cutscene to trigger in which Franklin should phone Michael and then after a short cutscene the mission will start.
