Matchmaking is pretty broken.

 

I mainly play with my friends because it never finds anyone else.

Everytime I get a good ron or martin, I'm left alone aswell. We need more friends

If you're doing a Simeon or Gerard mission, a lot of players know they don't pay out much. And if this is the case none of Simeons or Gerards missions are too hard to solo.

Simeon's missions especially, are not worth the time and effort. They can take much longer than the others for pitiful rewards and are not particularly fun anyway. I realised this very early on and simply ignore any that come my way now

I'm in the same boat. I haven't done a Simeon mission since day 1
