I haven't ever used one Online, so it doesn't matter to me really. There could be more of a variety though.

The masks should be incorporated into Heists and Store Robberies. If you're not wearing a mask you should have an APB on your face. This could also incorporate people being Vigilantes and hunting down other players to cash in on the warrant.

Agree, cant see how it can be Los Santos without a gangster with a bandana covering his face for a stickup.
